APPOINTMENTS:

REMINDERS
As a courtesy, Zoom and Groom will try to text an appointment reminder a day or two prior to your service.

START TIME
Appointment times are approximate. Arrival time can be within 1 hour before or after the appointment time. As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to delays. We will keep you apprised of any delays and text when we are on our way.

COMPLETION TIME

A typical pet groom can be completed in 1.5 to 3 hours. The groom could be prolonged by special circumstances such as heavy matting, aggressive or anxious behavior. If you have time constraints, we are happy to work with you as much as possible.

OWNER CANNOT BE HOME FOR APPOINTMENT

First time clients must be home during the appointment. Established clients can be away during the groom when agreed to by the groomer.

CANCELLATION POLICY / NO SHOW / TRIP FEE

If you cannot keep your appointment please call or text Zoom and Groom at least 24 hours or more in advance. (770-356-4256). We understand there are emergency situations and will work with you, but not on a continued basis. Last minute cancellations or no shows may be subject to a $25 fee per pet.

On rare occasions, Zoom and Groom may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance and to reschedule your appointment ASAP.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

Your pet’s safety comes first at Zoom and Groom. Should a medical issue arise during the groom, Zoom and Groom will contact the owner first. If the owner is not available, we will attempt to contact the veterinarian.

CURRENT VACCINATIONS / VETERINARY INFORMATION

We require the name of your veterinarian and proof of vaccinations before any grooming services will be performed. Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, parvovirus) and Bordetella. Any medical issues must be disclosed so that the groomer can take the best care of your pet.

MATTED COAT

Owners should keep their pets on a regular grooming schedule with mid-grooming upkeep, when necessary, to prevent matting. We can work with you to assure you have the tools and information necessary to keep your pet in good condition between appointments
